City Administrator Sehroeder noted the proposed lease presented to the Council and also the <br />rates and charges schedule. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was that the rates, etc., would be discussed at a subsequent Finance <br />Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Proposed Ordinance Amending Permitted and Accessory Uses in the <br />Industrial and Business Warehouse Districts <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik pointed out that in the last couple of years, the City has approved a <br />lot of site plans in a multi-tenant building. To accommodate what's happening in these multi- <br />tenant facilities, the Planning Commission and City staff have put together an ordinance that <br />would amend permitted uses and allow some crossover of permitted uses. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to introduce <br />the ordinance to amend Chapter 9 of the City Code to identify permitted and accessory uses in <br />multi-tenant buildings or business incubators located in the Business Warehouse and Industrial <br />districts. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Haas Steffen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Receive Bids and Award Contracts for the 1997 Street Maintenance Program <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained that bids had been opened for the 1997 Street Maintenance <br />Program. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution #97-06-150 receiving bids and awarding contract to Allied Blacktop Co. for <br />Improvement Projects #97-01 through #97-15, exclusive of #97-14 (1997 Street Maintenance <br />Program - Crack Filling). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beyer, Zimmerman, Beahen and <br />Haas Steffen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution #97-06-151 receiving bids and awarding contract to ASTECH Corp. for Improvement <br />Projects #97-01 through #97-15, Exclusive of #97-14 (1997 Street Maintenance Program - <br />Sealcoating). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beyer, Zimmerman, Beahen and <br />Haas Steffen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution #97-06-152 receiving bids and awarding contract to W.B.
