and have to cross traffic on the wrong side of the road. He expressed a concern for safety and <br />also that the City may be liable if something would happen. Sergeant Way also felt that this <br />circle has not caused traffic to go noticeably slower. <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen pointed out that the circle is not really in the middle of the road <br />and that may make a difference for the buses, etc. She added that she did not know how anyone <br />traveling west could go through without slowing down. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich expressed concern about liability also - especially with the school buses. <br />There needs to be proper traffic signage. <br /> <br />Council directed that the City Engineer, Public Works Supervisor and Sergeant Way work <br />together on this circle and report back to the Road and Bridge Committee. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
