<br />Associate Planner Geisler advised if the property was to be rezoned it would be open to the full <br />range of permitted uses. With the conditional use permit there can be conditions attached, such <br />as limiting the number of seats in the deli or hours of operation. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated he would not support a rezoning of the property. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hunt noted that under the circumstances the daycare center has been <br />grandfathered in, and that part of the traffic does not com 0 . ecision tonight.
