<br />Su.bd. 6. Portable Signs arc permitted only in business and industrial type <br />districts and are subject to temporary permit and fee requirements. Size of si2D.: No one sign shall be larger than 16 square feet per surface. <br /> <br />b. Amount of sienaee: No parcel shall have more than a total of 32 square feet <br />of signage. <br /> <br />c. Number of siens: No parcel shall have more than two signs for any purpose. <br /> <br />d. Sien Heieht: No parcel shall contain a sign taller than five feet. <br /> <br />e. Sien Location: No sign shall be closer than 5 feet from the property line. <br /> <br />f. Prohibited Sil!ns in Residential District: The following signs are <br />specifically not permitted V\rithill residentially zoned areas: illuminated and/or <br />backlit signs. portable signs. motion or moving signs. roof signs. flashillg or <br />scrolling signs. and automatic~aYy changeable copy signs. <br />Subdivision 1. }...rea Identification Signs. One (1) sign per ';ehicular access <br />to a deyelopment, not to exceed thirty two (32) square feet in area is permitted. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br />\.\'it11 Section 9.12.05. <br /> <br />Temperary Signs.
