<br />VI. Interchangeable letter boards or panels. <br /> <br />9.12.07 <br /> <br />Multi-Tenant Center or Park Signs <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Park Identification Signs. Park or center identification <br />Signs shall be subject to the following: <br /> <br />a. All industrial. and business park or center signs shall be ground or wall <br />SignS. <br /> <br />b. The gross surface area of an industrial or business park or center sign shall <br />not exceed one hundred (100) square feet in gross surface area for each <br />exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred <br />(200) square feet <br /> <br />c. A ground industrial or business park or center sign shall not project higher <br />than ten (10) feet, as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest <br />adjacent roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Multi-Tenant Member Identification Signs <br /> <br />a. There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) <br />of the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed. A wall sign shall not proj ect higher than the parapet line of <br />the wall to which the sign is to be affixed. . <br /> <br />d. The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100) <br />square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area <br />of two hundred square feet. <br /> <br />e. A ground sign shall not project higher than ten (10) feet, as measured from <br />based of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />9.12.08 <br /> <br />Planned Unit Developments <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The developer shall be required to submit a sign plan for <br />approval, drawn to scale with elevations. The sign plan shall include but not be limited to the <br /> <br />142 <br />
