<br />e. Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the nearest <br />buildings, structures, public streets, right-of-ways and property lines, along <br />with location and square footage areas for all existing signs on the same <br />premises. The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "toscale." <br /> <br />f. Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of <br />construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, including all <br />dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and color of lights and <br />details of any light shields or shades. Footing information shall be included <br />for any permanent sign attached to the ground. <br /> <br />g. Copy of stress sheets and calculations, sho'wing the structure is designated <br />for dead load and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other <br />ordinances of the City, if required by the Zoning Administrator or Building <br />Official. The Zoning Administrator or Building Official may require <br />additional information concerning safety. <br /> <br />h. An agreement with the City which would authorize and direct the City of <br />Ramsey to remove the sign and sign structure, at the expense of the <br />applicant, where maintenance is required and the maintenance is not <br />furnished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying the <br />maintenance required by the City. <br /> <br />9.12.15 <br /> <br />Permit Issuance or Denial <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit for the erection, <br />alteration, or relocation of a sign within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a completed application <br />arid non-refundable application fee provided that the sign complies with all applicable laws and <br />regulations of the City. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. When a permit is denied, written notice shall be provided to the <br />applicant along with a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning Administrator or <br />Building Official may suspend or revoke an issued permit for any false statement or <br />misrepresentation of fact in the application. <br /> <br />9.12.16 <br /> <br />Refunds <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. If an issued permit is withdraWn by the applicant within ninety <br />(90) days of issuance, and if no inspections have been made and no work authorized by the <br />permit has been performed, fifty percent (50%) of the permit fee may. be refunded to the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. A permit issued by the Zoning Administrator becomes null and void if <br />work is suspended or abandoned or not completed within six (6) months of issuance, but may be <br />reinstated with an additional payment of one-half of the original fee. <br /> <br />145 <br />
