Absent: Commissioner Cleveland. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 9:09 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at 9:09 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Trites Rolle, to recommend that <br />City Council adopt Findings of Fact relating to a request for an Interim Use Permit to place a <br />temporary well house on the same parcel at the existing Fire Station #1. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Trites Rolle, Brauer, <br />Hunt, and Levine. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Cleveland. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Trites Rolle, to recommend that <br />City Council approve the request for an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary well house on <br />the same parcel as the Fire Station #1 until July 24th, 2012. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Absent: Commissioner Cleveland. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Staff Update <br /> <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted that Community Development Director Trudgeon responded to the <br />Commission's request regarding the Town Center Review Board.
