WHEREAS, on May 22, 2007, the City Council tabled action on the GAD's Prairie plat to <br />direct staff and the applicant to indicate that the future cul -de -sac would be accommodated; <br />WHEREAS, the final plat substantially conforms to the preliminary plat approved on June 28, <br />2006; <br />WHEREAS, the County has submitted comments and is willing to grant one, temporary access <br />to the two properties south of 140 Avenue on CSAH 5. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of GAD's Prairie in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 18, 2007 <br />b) The eventual closure of the temporary access of Helium Street, at such a time when the street is <br />extended to developments to the north. <br />c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 22 <br />day of May, 2007 <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION 907-08 - <br />-186- Page 2 of 2 <br />
