3. FIRE EQUIPMENT, BUILDINGS, AND PERSONNEL. <br />A. During the term of this Agreement, Ramsey shall make the following building and <br />equipment available for emergency fire and rescue response in the area of Burns <br />Township and the City of Ramsey covered by this Agreement: <br />i. The fire stations located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard and 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard in Ramsey. <br />ii. Fire apparatus consisting of a minimum of an engine, tanker, rescue and <br />wildland apparatus, such vehicles to be those which Ramsey normally keeps <br />at its Armstrong Boulevard fire station. <br />iii. Miscellaneous fire fighting and emergency rescue equipment Ramsey <br />routinely keeps at the Armstrong Boulevard Fire Station. <br />B. During the term of this Agreement, Burns shall make the following building and <br />equipment available for emergency fire and rescue response in the area of Burns <br />Township and the City of Ramsey covered by this Agreement: <br />i. The fire station located at 19888 Nowthen Boulevard in Burns. <br />ii. Fire apparatus to be acquired by Burns during the term of this Agreement <br />consisting of a tanker, a pumper of sufficient design and capacity to permit <br />delivery of the emergency response services required by this Agreement. <br />iii. Miscellaneous fire fighting and emergency rescue equipment as such items are <br />acquired by Burns. It is the intent of this Agreement that Burns will acquire <br />such equipment as it deems necessary, in consultation with the Board and the <br />Fire Chief, to properly deliver the emergency response services required by <br />this Agreement. <br />iv. Both Burns and Ramsey shall make all of such equipment described above <br />available for mutual aid response pursuant to any such mutual aid agreements <br />Ramsey may enter into. <br />C. All equipment and buildings now owned by Ramsey or hereafter paid for and <br />acquired by Ramsey shall remain the property of Ramsey. <br />D. All equipment and buildings now owned by Burns or hereafter paid for and acquired <br />by Burns shall remain the property of Burns. <br />E. During the term of this Agreement, Ramsey shall assign specific personnel to the <br />Ramsey and Burns fire stations to respond to fire and rescue emergencies required by <br />this Agreement.
