<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />A PART-TIME POLICE RECORDS TECHNICIAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the 2007 General Fund Budget, the City Council created a new <br />part-time Police Records Technician position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kristen Reider was hired as a part-time Police Records Technician <br />on February 14,2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Reider has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its August 28, 2007 meeting agreed <br />with staffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Ms. Reider. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Kristen Reider, effective <br />August 14,2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 28th day of August 2007. <br /> <br />G:\Administration\HumanResources\Performance Evaluations\Ending P~obation\Reider 8-28.07,doc <br /> <br />-254- <br /> <br />
