<br />Councilmember Strommen pOInted out this is within an industrial park area. One of the things <br />the EDA has looked at is how the properties develop in industrial parks, especially being very <br />conscientious of the architecture on prime comer entrance pieces to the City. She concurs with <br />Councilmember Elvig's suggestion regarding an L-shaped building being focused 011 the comer <br />so it does feel like people are coming in on the back when coming down Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard. . <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon suggested tabling Case Nos. 2 through 5. He <br />indicated staff can communicate back to the applicant. They are still within the 120 day <br />time line. The applicant has <br />not reworked the plat.
