<br />Mn/DOT Agreement No. 91083 <br />Anoka County Project Number SP 199-010-09 <br />ExhibitA, Scope of Work and Deliverables <br /> <br />all permanent horizontal control points. <br /> <br />Mainline preliminary cross-sections at a maximum of 500 feet spacing will be developed for the <br />final layouts for TH 10 and submitted on 11 x 17 sheets. Depending on the terrain and the <br />impacts, the cross-section spacing may need to be closer together. Preliminary construction <br />limits, based on the cross-sections developed, will be shown on the final layouts. <br />. . . . <br /> <br />Preparation of the layouts, profiles and cross-sections will be in accordance with Technical <br />Memorandum No. 94-37-ES-08 (until noted otherwise, memo is in the process of being updated) <br />and the MnlDOT Road Design Manual. The layouts, profiles and cross-sections will be prepared <br />in MictoStation and Geopak format compatible with MnlDOT's CADD system in accordance <br />with MniDOT's CADD Standards (Level 2, "Enhanced CADD"). A separate set of layouts, <br />profiles and cross-sections will be prepared for the City of Ramsey in Auto Cad dwg format. <br /> <br />The consultant will be responsible. for obtaining MnlDOT staff approved layouts including <br />preparation for, and making a presentation to the MnlDOT Metro Layout Approval Committee. <br />Also, MnlDOT Metro's policy requires the consultant Registered Engineer who prepared or had <br />direct supervision of the preparation of the layout to sign.the layout; the signature and registration <br />riumber will appear in the sigfiature block area. The consultant will also be responsible for <br />obtaining Municipal Approval of the layouts from the corridor city. <br /> <br />One electronic copy of the fmal layouts, profiles and cross-sections will be provided to MnlDOT. " <br />One hard copy of the fmal cross-sections will be provided to Anoka County, MnlDOT and one <br />hard copy of the fma1 cross-sections in Auto Cad dwg format will be provided to the City of <br />Ramsey. Hard copies of the final layouts and profiles will be distributed as follows: Anoka <br />County (5 of each), MnlDOT (10 of each), and the City of Ramsey (10 of each). Preliminary and <br />intermediate review copies of the layouts and profiles will be provided as requested. <br /> <br />3. Cost Estimates <br />Preliminary construction cost estimates will be prepared for TH 10 for intermediate and final <br />layouts using the MnlDOT L WD Method and Microsoft Excel format. One hard copy and one <br />electronic .copy will be provided to each of the following: Anoka County, Mn/DOT and the City <br />of Ramsey. <br /> <br />4. Design Memorandum . <br />The objectives are to document the project design criteria and standards; to discuss any pertinent <br />issues; and if there are design exceptions, to document and justify them. <br />The report will be prepared in Microsoft Word format and follow the process outlined in the <br />HPDP Manual. One final electronic copy will. be provided to MnlDOT, Anoka County and the <br />City of Ramsey. One final unbound and four final bound copies will be provided to Anoka <br />County, MnlDOT and the City of Ramsey. Preliminary review copies of the Final Design <br />Memorandum will be provided as requested. <br /> <br />5. Project Management, Meetings and Coordination <br />The consultant will perform all work necessary for the effective coordination of the project work <br />to ensure that activities are complete~ on time, within budget, and in accordance with State and <br /> <br />Page 4 of7 <br /> <br />-391- <br />
