Tree Preservation Plan: The tree preservation plan, dated September 24, 2007, is <br />generally acceptable. The location of tree save fencing must also be noted on the grading <br />plan. Tree save fencing must be installed prior to any construction activity and must <br />remain in place and in tact throughout the development of the site. There shall be no <br />activity within the tree save areas, nor shall equipment/vehicles be parked, stored, or <br />cleaned out in this area. <br />17. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from <br />other regulatory agencies. A permit is required from the Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization. <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at the Ramsey <br />. Municipal Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW to review your preliminary plat, preliminary site <br />plan, comprehensive plan amendment request, and rezoning request. A copy of the case cover <br />sheets are enclosed for your information. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at <br />the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
