Absent: None. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission then reviewed the request for a home occupation permit. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holland asked Ms. Nelson is she had reviewed the 13 conditions of the permit. <br /> <br />Ms. Nelson stated she had and she was in agreement with the 13 conditions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer asked Ms. Nelson if she understood the effects to the septic system. <br /> <br />Ms. Nelson stated she primarily provided nail salon services and was not concerned with the septic <br />system. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Thorud, to recommend that the City <br />Council approve the request of Barbara Nelson for a home occupation permit to establish a hair and <br />nail salon in her home at 5211-155th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Commissioner Deemer stated he was not completely comfortable with the <br />expansion of the home to create space for the operation of a business. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #2 <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Approval; Case of Consulting Management Construction, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City of Ramsey has received a request for site plan review <br />and approval from Consulting Management Construction, Inc.
