Absent: None. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated he wanted to be assured that none of the construction equipment <br />involved in the grading or moving of any material be would driven on the residential street to the west <br />of the site. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson stated that during this entire process including grading, mining, and installation of sewer <br />and water, none of the construction equipment or personnel will access the site by way of the west, <br />but will utilize T.H.#47. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Holland to amend the Findings of Fact <br />to include #17 "That during this entire process including grading, mining, and installation of sewer <br />and water, none of the construction equipment or personnel will access the site by way of the west, <br />but will utilize T.H.#47". <br /> <br />Motion carded.
