<br />Loading Docks: City Code requires one loading dock for the first 10,000 square feet offioor <br />space and. one loading dock . for everyadditicinal 25,000 square feet of fioor space. The <br />proposed building will require at least two docks, and three are outlined in the site plan. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The park dedication fee will be addressed through the TaX Increment <br />Financing Agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Storrilwater Management Fee: The Stormwater Management Fee will be paid through the <br />Tax Increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: Sewer and water trunk charges will be paid through the <br />Tax Increment Financing agreement betw~en the property owner and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />RED Number: This property will be subject to a storm water utility charge. The quarterly <br />charge is dependent upon the number of residential equivalent units (RED). The total <br />proposed impervious surface coverage is 43%, resulting in a RED of 14.82 and a quarterly <br />charge.of$461.65. If the future addition is completed to the same dimensions as outlined in <br />the current site plan, the impervious surface will increase to 62% bfthe total site, resulting in <br />a RED of 18.65 and a quarterly charge of $581.20. The storm water utility fee will be <br />assessed accordingly. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m.. on Thursday, November 1,2007 at <br />the new Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive to review your proposed <br />site plan.
