Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to accept #10 through #14 in <br />the affirmative as follows: the use will not be unduly dangerous, will not impair surrounding properties, <br />will be maintained so as to be appropriate in appearance, will not be hazardous to neighboring uses, will <br />be adequately served by public facilities. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the proposed Resolution for the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated he had no problem with conditions #1 or #2. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer asked if the parking lot will be paved. Mr. Johnson explained that they are not <br />planning to pave the parking lot due to the construction, and they plan on using crushed aggregate for the <br />parking lot. Mr. Johnson added that the people developing the road recommended not paving the parking <br />lot. Commissioner Deemer stated condition #3 was incorrect according to the site plan. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden asked if the temporary structure will be a drive-up.
