Brian Wetterlind, 16201 Llama Street NW, Ramsey: I have had many conversations about the
shooting at the Game Fair. I have had my house hit and also my cars. It needs to be moved back
down to the swamp. This has happened every year since the shooting was moved.

Mr. Delaney: I have been up to your house three times. Once for a shot, once for an arrow, and
once for persons walking on your yard. We have been shooting there since 1974. We shoot a
total of six days.

Mr. Wetteflind: I do mind the shot - not the shooting.

Mr. Delaney: We have eliminated all archery. The shooting is done differently now. It should not
be a problem. We are shooting in a completely different direction. We have three zone shoots a
year. Our shooting has come down 15 to 20% a year. We were unique, now all places have
shooting, etc. We do not have anyone shooting after 5:00 p.m. (To Mr. Wetterlind) - I have done
all this for you - you are the only reason.

Mr. Wetterlind: I am the closest - the noise is horrendous.

Mr. Delaney: We will tum it so hopefully it will quiet down. We will turn it more toward the lake.
We had Capra Sporting Goods put in tournament targets. They had $4,000 worth stolen, so we
will not have those tournaments. The archery will be back down in a different area.

Mr. Wetterlind: I do not like the steady shooting.

Mr. Delaney: We will try to do the best we can.

Resident: Maybe the hours could be changed. With the continuous shooting, people cannot enjoy
their deck. Some people I know are saying they are offended by continuous shooting.

Chief Auspos: We have particularly few complaints about the shooting.

Resident: After about the first 1.5 hours, I do not hear it any more.

Mr. Wetteflind: I still object to the noise. It drives you crazy.

Mr. Delaney: I do not know what I can do about it, to be honest.

Mr. Wetterlind: The two straight days of shooting is too much.

Mr. Delaney: I feel nothing would satisfy you.

Mr. Wetterlind: Yes - move the shooting.

Mr. Schroeder: By you reorienting the direction of the shooting, will that help?

Mr. Delaney: We hope it will help, but I do not know for sure.

Mr. Wetterlind: It's the two days in a row, five hours a day. It's too much.

Mr. Schroeder to Mr. Wetteflind: Do you have any other ideas.

Mr. Wetterlind: Shoot one day.

Game Fair Neighborhood Meeting/March 28, 1996
Page 5 of 7
