Councilmember Beahen inquired if there would be no restrictions to this gentleman putting up a <br />privacy fence. <br /> <br />Mr. Tomaszewski stated that fencing is not allowed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to introduce the <br />ordinance amending Chapters 5 and 9 as amended (section 1.e - add "or to the employer of the <br />person or persons residing on the property) regarding the parking and storing of private and <br />commercial use vehicles. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Attorney Goodrich stated that when we bring it back for formal adoption, we <br />will make private and commercial vehicles separate. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: CouncihnemberZimmern~an. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Export Soils; Case of Edson <br />Investment Family Limited Partnership <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that the City received an application fi'om Blaine Edmundson <br />of Edson Investment Family Limited Partnership to export soils fi'om the plat of Brandseth. The <br />grading plan will require exporting approximately 21,000 yards of material from the site. City <br />Code does not require a special permit for grading operations associated with an approved plat, <br />unless the operations involve exporting soils fi'om the site. One haul road access point is proposed <br />onto 153rd Avenue from Outiot A, Brandseth. It is anticipated the grading operation could take 12 <br />months to complete.
