Henry Messer, 5936 - 168th Lane NW, Ramsey, asked if when you shift the east easement line by
the bank, will the frontage road be eliminated.

Ms. Frolik responded that when the Klemish Addition was developed, the City required an extra
39 feet to some day provide for a future service road. Now, a service road is not necessary but
this 39 feet of easement provides the area for an important segment for the City's trail system and
we would like to retain that for trail and provide the new owners of the bank the canopy easement.
She added that the east line will not shift.

Gerald Ladwig, 5955 - 168th Avenue NW, Ramsey, asked about Lots 1, 2 and 3 - will they be
pushing that line north 150 feet?

Ms. Frolik answered that the homestead was rezoned to commercial years ago for additional
parking. The residential lot will decrease in size.

Mr. Ladwig asked the dimensions of Lot 1, as passed.

Ms. Frolik replied 317 feet on the Highway//47 side, 318 feet on the western boundary, and 538
feet across 168th.

Mr. Ladwig asked if Lot 1 is zoned residential.

Ms. Frolik answered yes, but a remnant on the south end of Lot 1 is zoned commercial. She
added that the rezoning is Mr. Muller's prerogative.

Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the public
hearing.

Motion carded.
